Vendor Fees & Due Dates

  • On or before May 15 – 20×20 Space – $275 | 30×20 Space – $412.50
  • May 16 – June 15 – 20×20 Space – $325 | 30×20 Space – $487.50
  • June 16 – July 15 – 20×20 Space – $375 | 30×20 Space – $562.50
  • July 16 – August 15 – 20×20 Space – $425 | 30×20 Space – $637.50

  • Vendor Fee must accompany signed application and contract. Add additional space fee if applicable.
  • 10% of your total sales at En Fuego on is due to En Fuego Ministries before leaving the venue at the conclusion of the event
  • Concession stands will have to meet health standards and regulations of the Chilton County Health Department.
  • All Exhibitors are responsible for paying Alabama State Sales Tax.
  • En Fuego is a rain or shine event.
  • Booth fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions the day of the event.
  • Application submission does not guarantee you will be approved. If you are not approved, your booth fee will be returned.
